I am a multimedia journalist and designer based
in New York City.
With experience in audience engagement, graphic design, illustration and reportage, my mission is to build an innovative, inclusive and community-oriented future for journalism.
I am currently an editorial app intern at Highsnobiety.
I hold a masters degree from the Studio 20 program at New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, where I studied audience engagement, solutions journalism, and news product.
I graduated from Miami University (OH) with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and interactive media, and a minor in fashion.
I have worked as an art and photo intern at NBC News Digital. I was also the design editor and style editor of The Miami Student, and worked as a digital media intern at Cincinnati Magazine.
I’ve received awards from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication. My audience engagement work has been featured in NiemanLab.
I was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio.
