From 2020 to 2022, I served as The Miami Student’s chief design editor.
I oversaw the creation of print layouts, illustrations, infographics and social media visuals. I led supportive group critique sessions with a team of talented student designers, and was instrumental in increasing collaboration between the design section and other teams.
When our editorial team pivoted to focus on our digital content, I worked on a major restructuring of our print strategy as we switched from a weekly model to a monthly model.
